By accessing and using StockRatings.ai (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not use the Site. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the operators of StockRatings.ai ("Company", "we", or "us"). StockRatings.ai provides an AI-driven stock ratings and analytics service for informational purposes. We are not a registered investment adviser and do not provide personalized financial, legal, or tax advice. You agree that you will not construe any content on the Site as professional advice or as a recommendation to make (or refrain from making) any investment decision. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site or to subscribe to any services or newsletters we offer. By using StockRatings.ai, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals interested in stock information. Currently, StockRatings.ai is a free service and does not require account registration to access stock ratings. You agree to provide accurate and current information when subscribing to any such services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or subscription settings and for all activities that occur under your email or account (if accounts are introduced later). You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by using the provided unsubscribe link or contacting us, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to implement fees or require registration for certain advanced features. If we do so, we will provide updated terms or additional terms of service specific to those features.)

You agree to use StockRatings.ai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. All content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not exploit the Site or any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. When using our Site, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including (but not limited to) securities laws or regulations on investment advice.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's functioning or compromise its security. This includes not introducing viruses, malware, or any harmful code, and not attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use any automated means to extract data from the Site without our permission. (Standard search engine indexing is allowed in accordance with our robots.txt, if applicable.)
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, when interacting with the Site (for example, in any potential comment sections, forums, or communications with us).
• Use the Site to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content (spam), or to engage in any activity that could disrupt or negatively impact other users' ability to use the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

All content on StockRatings.ai, including but not limited to text, data, graphics, logos, charts, software, and AI-generated ratings (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of StockRatings.ai or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable license to access and use the Site and its Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content from this Site without express written permission from us. Removing or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Content copied or printed from the Site is prohibited. All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Site are the registered or unregistered marks of the Company or third parties. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use any trademark or logo without our prior written permission.

StockRatings.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that: (a) the Site will be available uninterrupted or error-free, (b) the information on the Site will be accurate, complete, timely, or reliable, or (c) any reported issues will be corrected. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Site and any reliance on its Content. Any material or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Site is done at your own discretion and risk.

Under no circumstances will StockRatings.ai or its owners, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation: financial losses, lost profits, trading losses, loss of data, damage to hardware or software, or other intangible losses. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. You acknowledge that the informational nature of our service justifies such a limitation of liability given that users are expected to make their own investment decisions. Your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction with the Site or any Content is to stop using the Site.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StockRatings.ai and its affiliates, and each of their respective owners, officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Site or any Content obtained from it; (b) your violation of these Terms or of any law or regulation; or (c) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using this Site, you agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and StockRatings.ai (or its owners) shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Cyprus. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections (including inconvenience) to jurisdiction or venue in those courts. If you are accessing the Site from outside Cyprus, you are responsible for compliance with any local laws applicable to your use.

(Note: If you are a user in the United States, you understand that you are knowingly agreeing to the above choice of Cyprus law and forum. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.)

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of the Terms will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
